All of our cheeses have been made here in Lincolnshire and coated in a colourful wax to keep fresh and easy to slice.

What cheese truckles are included? 

Charcoal Cheese Truckle 1 x 200g - This unusual cheese has been blended with edible charcoal. It sounds so wrong, but tastes so good. This tasty cheddar is a true crowd pleaser and a great addition to any cheeseboard. 

Botanist's Gin & Tonic 1 x 190g - A perfect addition to any summer cheeseboard, sit back, relax and nibble on this tasty cheese in the summer sunshine.

Vintage Cheddar 1 x 200g - A classic addition to our ultimate cheese selection box. The strongest cheese we stock at 3 and a half years old mature, beware every smooth creamy morsel packs a punch.

Smoked Cheddar 1 x 200g - Smoked in a traditional smokehouse with oak wood to give a rich smokey yet creamy texture. Try it paired with a slither of fresh fruit or a fruit chutney. Cheese Heaven!

Caramelised Red Onion 1 x 200g - Our most popular flavour infused cheese, this true taste sensation of a cheese is created by combining a 2 year mature cheddar and a sweet caramelised red onion chutney.

Munchie's Margherita 1 x 200g - Our very own mouse created this perfect pizza inspired cheese. Packed full of tomato, basil & garlic creating strong luxurious flavours.

Orange & Whiskey 1 x 200g - Well what cheese selection would be complete without a sweet option. Combined with a sweet jam, this cheese has orange notes to start with a small hint of whiskey at the finish. Perfect balanced sweet Cheese.
